The Careers Day with Year 10 provided students with a diverse range of career insights. Throughout the day, they participated in talks from professionals representing the NHS, where they learned about healthcare career pathways, as well as apprenticeship providers who highlighted hands-on opportunities in various industries. Entrepreneurs shared their personal journeys, offering valuable advice on starting and running a business, while St Thomas' Hospice gave an inspiring presentation about the essential work being done in medical research and the importance of pursuing a career in science. The event gave students a deeper understanding of different career options and the paths they can take after school.
